Recommend you to stay a day in Kota Kinabalu before departure to Layang Layang due to the early flight on the next morning. 

Check in at Kota Kinabalu International Airport Terminal Counter B15 from 04.30 A.M. on 26 march 2021 . No air ticket will be issued but verification is via passport or I/C for Malaysians by our operation staff. The boarding pass will be issued thereafter. Please book your connecting flight at least 4 hours after ETA. 

Recommend your guest to get Travel Insurance (to cover for missed flights, baggage lost, etc)   

Luggage limit 25kg per pax incl hand luggage, excess chargeable at MYR15 per kg per way.Please be inform  that the Airline Operator or Layang Layang will not compensate guest should the flight from Layang Layang is reschedule and thus missed your return connecting flight. Hence, travel insurance is necessary

Cancellation/Refund Terms & Conditions
After commencement of service no refund in part or full, will be made (in cash
equivalent or vacation price reduction) for unused services/activity for voluntary
modifications made by the traveler, where a guest fails to complete a dive, dive
course or fails to participate in pre-booked or packaged activities for any reason
(including ill health) or free choice, they will still be charged for the package.

No refund can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, transportation or any
other services that are included in the package not utilized.

In the event of any tour cancellations after deposit and/or full payments have been
made, the following cancellation charges shall be applicable.

Cancellation of tour arrangements before departure:
Cancellation Fee : 50% of dive package per person per booking applies.

Cancellation of tour arrangements less than 90 days before departure :
Cancellation Fee: 100% of dive package per person per booking

Calculation of refund will be based on invoice value only.
100% cancellation charge for NO SHOW.
 

Other Information
• Please contact our Operation Staff on arrival day in Kota Kinabalu to reconfirm
your flight to ALL.
• Kindly arrive at TERMINAL 1 for check in at least one & half (1 1/2) hours before
flight departure time.
• There is no air ticket issued but verification is via passport or I/C of guest by our
Operation Staff at check-in Counter B 15, Departure Hall. The boarding pass will
be issued thereafter.
• Baggage allowance is 25kg per person inclusive of hand baggage. Excess
baggage is chargeable by the Airline Operator at MYR 15.00 per kg per way which
is payable at the Resort. Otherwise, storage rental is available at Airport Terminal
1.

Island.
Layang Layang Island Resort is not liable for any and all non-utilization of services
due to acts of God or Force Majeure.
Layang Layang Island Resort assumes no liability for lost or stolen personal
belongings during the length of the trip.
