DAY 1

0800  Participants gather at   LRT GOMBAK

0900  register and starts journey  to GERIK

1400 arrive at  RNR Bintang Hijau - rest

1500 depart to  Kuala Kerong (Kem 1)

1600 arrive at kuala kerang and set up base camp/ tent

2000 Dinner and  intro social, laugh and  chat session

2200 rest

DAY 2

0800 Breakfast.

0900 start hiking to Lata Cermin(Kem 2)

1200 continue hiking  to main waterfall –free and easy activities (water activities/swimming/ fishing )  

1600  back to base camp

2000  BBQ session

2200- Rest

DAY 3

0800  Breakfast serve

0900   Break camp / cleaning /packing session

1000  group photo’s before leaving camp site

1030 back to kuala lumpur

1330  stop over for lunch

1600   ETA to LRT Gombak
